Exactly what do you do?
My Concierge LLC is an office personal assistant who will customize services to meet your needs. Emphasis on office because she generally does not declutter kitchens or clothes closets.
A few examples of what she does:
- Online or desktop remote bookkeeping.
- Gather and list medical and charitable deductions.
- Take minutes for organizational meetings.
- Catalog a collection.
- Host internet group meetings.

What is an initial assessment?
This is the opportunity for you to share your specific needs for My Concierge LLC to give you a general idea of the level of help to satisfy your need. As of 2020, due to the health crisis, these are conducted via conference call or video.
What are your hours?
Generally office hours are weekdays 9AM to 5PM Eastern US Time. You may email to connect. We can decide then if a call is sufficient or we need to use a video conference.
Can you help my mom or dad?
My Concierge LLC loves to help seniors and their families and will assess each situation individually. It is best to discuss this with your senior and involve them as much as possible. For the initial assessment it is preferred to have all participate.
Does My Concierge LLC have insurance?
Yes, My Concierge LLC is licensed in Virginia and insured. Certificates may be provided upon request.
What kinds of businesses do you help?
Whether it is a retail shop needing an inventory or a construction company sending out invoices My Concierge LLC can help.
Do you process payroll?
We usually recommend using payroll service because they are more cost effective and can eliminate a lot of extra stressful paperwork. They also are flexible in that you may write your own net checks, but they will take care of all the HR forms and getting the taxes paid on time. If you prefer to use QuickBooks for payroll, then extra fees may be part of the contract.
Do you prepare State & Federal taxes?
My Concierge LLC helps clients gather data for the CPA or tax preparer; and can rough draft the forms to save time and money when seeking professional help. She has experience with Turbo Tax and non-profit tax forms. She can create spreadsheets for donations and other deductions.
Do you do audits or annual reviews?
Federal and State governments and organization bylaws often require a CPA to sign off on an audit or review. while My Concierge LLC does do accounting, and has experience with audits, we are not a CPA firm. My Concierge can do an annual statement if requested.
What software/hardware do you use?
QuickBooks desktop or Online, depending on the client’s preference. She has a lot of Excel expertise, as well as Word and PowerPoint. She can also help with e-commerce platforms such as Square/Weebly and host internet Zoom meetings.
Do you create websites?
My Concierge LLC is not a website developer, but may help clients with website management and e-commerce using WIX, WordPress, Square & Weebly. She is comfortable in either Apple or MS platforms.
Do you give seminars?
- Clean up office clutter- developing an index, identifying what type of paper goes where; how to help your family find important documents.
- Elderly transition – helpful information for those caring for a parent or elderly loved one; sharing of personal experiences, understanding terminology, and the systems in place. Evaluating paperwork such as POA and Will.
Seminars are $30/per person with a minimum of 10 participants and are available via video or audio conference software.
How much do you charge for all other services?
$55 USD/hour payable at the time of service. For ongoing work a monthly invoice will be provided on the 4th Friday of each month due upon receipt. A client may calculate their cost based on the hours they expect My Concierge to provide service.
Do you take credit cards?
You may use check or a major credit card.
What about references?
Happy to provide them at or after the initial assessment.
