There are some things that seem to go unnoticed, things nobody teaches that work to achieve goals.
Be kind. Glen Campbell sang about Try a little kindness. Great song. Kindness can breed cooperation.
Be true to your word. If you owe money, be consistent in repaying as much as you can. Good faith loan payments no matter how small can keep a debt collector from suing.
Being sincere and consistent is key.
Be interested. Take notes. Make eye contact.
Be a listener.
Be honest. It’s easier to remember.
Be proactive if you mess up
Be in touch. Communicate when you are absent.
Be on time.
Do it right the first time.
Clean off your desk.
Be a Mentor to others.
