For many years now I have been making that list on a regular basis. Whether I have a little or a lot on my plate, I make the list. I call it my TO DO list.
I think “The 6 most important things I have to do today are….” and I write. Then I number them in order of importance. I tackle the most important one first.
There is something about writing out the list that helps me fight the urge to procrastinate. Checking off the items on the list as I work through, them gives me a sense of accomplishment and peace.
